What is Leadership?

Leadership is a concept that plays a crucial role in our personal and professional lives. At its core, leadership involves guiding and influencing others towards achieving common goals or objectives. A leader is someone who inspires and motivates others, fosters collaboration, and provides direction during times of uncertainty or change.

Leadership requires a unique combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. For example, leaders don't only have to be technically competent in their field, but should also have Emotional Intelligence, communicate effectively, know to handle conflict and motivate their followers.
